1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Nitro Sports Academy website (nitrosportsacademy.com) or booking any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Cage Rentals & Bookings

Cage reservations are subject to availability. Guest bookings require a completed liability waiver and full payment to be confirmed. Member bookings are confirmed instantly upon submission. Nitro Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to facility issues, equipment maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Square. Guest cage rental fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Nitro Sports Academy. Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable for partial months.

4. Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number when booking a cage or signing up for a membership, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Nitro Sports Academy related to your booking or account. These messages include booking confirmations and reservation details.

• Message frequency: One message per booking confirmation, plus occasional operational updates.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. No further messages will be sent after confirmation.

5. Facility Rules & Safety

All users of Nitro Sports Academy facilities are expected to follow posted safety rules and staff instructions. Nitro Sports Academy is not responsible for personal injury or loss of property resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines. All guests must sign a liability waiver before using the facility.

6. Memberships

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Nitro Sports Academy reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of facility rules or these Terms and Conditions. Membership access codes must not be shared with non-members.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nitro Sports Academy's liability for any claim arising out of the use of its services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
